Basic Door Controller

This basic door controller provides a simple and inexpensive approach to opening and closing the door. It operates by using a forward/reversing contactor and limit switches. We developed this controller with basic door functions, but with options that may be needed to provide additional safety and convenience if necessary. This controller offers compatibility with most industrial door styles.

Standard Operation Features:

• Open constant pressure or momentary
• Close constant pressure or momentary
• Motor Overload Protection
• Open Limit (switch provided by others)
• Close Limit (switch provided by others)

The Basic Controller also has the following features:

• Enclosure size 12"x12"x4"
• Disconnect handle mounted on the cover of the enclosure
• Choice of incoming power 120 VAC single phase, 208, 230 or 460 VAC 3 phase
• Control Power is 24 VAC
• Will support push button stations
• Schematics provided with each controller

Optional:

• Open, Close and/or Stop buttons mounted on the enclosure door
• 3 Push Button Station w/ Open, Close and/or Stop buttons pre-wired
• Safety devices
